It is an eighteenth century aristocratic palace in the city centre of Palermo, very near Via
Maqueda, Quattro Canti and the wonderful Cathedral. It has been wisely restored and since 1996
The Central Palace Hotel has been one of the most important four – star hotels in the city.
 
The precious atmosphere of the ancient palace, the large antique furnished rooms and the

The terraced restaurant “Ai Tetti”, where you can enjoy a candlelit dinner with the typical
Sicilian dishes but not only that, offers a unique view of the ancient heart of Palermo.
 
On the piano nobile, second floor, among valuable antique furniture and Boemia crystal
chandeliers reminding gattopardiane atmospheres, there are magnificent rooms where the
Restaurant 1892 has its natural location. Here it is possible to have full breakfast, lunch
and dinner for groups as well as wedding parties.
 
The Central Palace Hotel, at present, has 63 rooms (two suites included) but, within April
2003, after the completion of the widening works, there will be another 40 rooms with two
presidential suites and six junior suites. A solarium and well – equipped fitness centre will
complete the structure.
